Are you tired of feeling like your ADHD is constantly getting in the way of your goals? Do you struggle with time management, staying organized, or keeping your emotions in check? Let The Mental Health Collaborative help!
We’re excited to announce a new ADHD group designed specifically for women who want to take control of their time, space, and emotions. In this group, we’ll dive deep into practical skills that will help you thrive, including:
✨ Time Management: Learn how to plan hack your ADHD to reduce overwhelm and to help plan ahead!
🗂️ Organization: Whether it's your workspace or your schedule, we’ll share tips and tools to help you create systems that actually work—less chaos!
💡 Emotional Regulation: ADHD can lead to emotional ups and downs. We’ll explore techniques to help you stay calm, focused, and regulated when emotions start to run high.
This group is all about building community, sharing experiences, and creating strategies that fit your unique needs. Plus, it’s a safe space to laugh, learn, and grow with other amazing women who “get it.”

The logistics:
12 sessions from May 28 to August 13
Wednesdays from 4p-5p
Cost is $50 per session. We accept Paramount, Medical Mutual, Frontpath, Aetna, United Healthcare, Zepf Benefit Plan, and Sidecar if you would like to use your insurance benefits
This group is for those identifying as women, 18+, and who have a diagnosis of ADHD
